Ailangantunturi Pumped Storage Project Advances; PCI Consultation Summary Released

Kemijoki Oy has published a summary report of the public consultation held in summer 2026 concerning the PCI (Project of Common Interest) status granted to the Ailangantunturi pumped storage project. The report outlines the main issues and perspectives raised during the consultation and describes how the feedback will be considered in the next stages of project planning. Residents, communities and other stakeholders participated in the consultation.
